Document Control and System Management
Administering the system is quite straight forward. eSecurus® offers a full audit trail detailing any changes to documents or processes. Users can submit plans to be included into the system however these would not become available until an administrator had reviewed and accepted them. Review dates can be set and automatic alerts sent to administrators as and when action is required thus enabling these people to focus on other tasks, safe in the knowledge that everything is under control.
Extensive Search Capability
eSecurus® incorporates a simple to use yet highly effective ‘google style’ search mechanism allowing users to navigate to relevant plans, processes and documents with ease. Users can search using keywords and phrases as well as by departments, functions, reference numbers or titles.
Reporting
Administrators have a variety of reporting tools available at their disposal. An example would be the ability for an administrator to regularly monitor the state of readiness of a particular site or department whilst being able to identify weak areas in which plans are missing or need to be improved. This is done using a series of 'dashboards', which can ultimately indicate the overall state of readiness of the company as a whole.
Workflow Management
The system contains its own workflow management function which produces automated alerts to administrators and ‘process owners’ when actions need to be taken. Tasks are assigned to the relevant member of staff and progress can be monitored centrally.
