 Peter
Joyce – Managing Director
BSc(Hons), Computer Studies, University Of Liverpool; MBA, University Of Luton,
Hertfordshire and Diploma in Business Continuity Management(DipBCM), Disaster
Management Centre, University Of Coventry
Peter founded NonVerba after a 3 year career as Snr Vice President European
Operations for OfficeTiger and a 7 year career with Goldman Sachs
International. Peter was responsible for Goldman Sachs’ European technology and
customer services support operations. In addition, he established and managed
the team that eventually developed and implemented Goldman Sachs’ inaugural
business resilience planning methodology and the firm’s Investment Banking
global contingency model.

 Robert
Wilson – Director UK Operations
Robert joined NonVerba as Director of UK Operations after a long stint at
Linklaters, a UK Magic Circle Law firm, where he held positions of Project
Implementation Manager and Client Data Consultant
He was responsible for implementation of projects including delivery of desktop
faxing, cost capture, business resilience, outsourcing and new ways of working,
finishing his time with Linklaters working on SAP, in connection with the
client data project within the Marketing Department. The roles included much
international travel meeting with suppliers from Europe, Asia, Australia, India
and USA, seeking provision of services on a global scale. Robert is a qualified
Solicitor.

 Dipankar
Ghosh – Director India Operations
Bachelor Of Engineering, Jadavpur University; Diploma in Statistical
Quality Control and Operations Research, Indian Statistical Institute
Dipankar joined NonVerba from OfficeTiger at the time of its founding.
At OfficeTiger, he led the software division team at its operations
centre in Chennai, India. Dipankar’s wide experience includes stints
in manufacturing, consulting and software companies in the areas of
quality, operations, product development and project management.
His former employers include Indian blue chips such a BHEL and Gabriel India.
Dipankar is a Quality and Business Continuity enthusiast
and is a BSI certified Lead Auditor for BS25999-2:2007 standards.
