a very easy to use engagement questionnaire which attempts to
asses the supply chain for a given company allowing the company to
understand where potential risks exist that need to be mitigated and
also more importantly where excellent suppliers may exist that if not
exposed to the rest of the firm could result in a lack of support
opportunity that the company may need in other areas of the business.
