ePrincipatus® is a software solution from NonVerba which has been designed for companies to ensure that their corporate policies are disseminated to their staff and the staff are tested on the level of their understanding of these polices through a quiz.

The system enables companies to create an organisational hierarchy, maintain staff contacts, maintain company policies and maintain a repository of quiz questions & FAQ on each of the company's policies. The policy and its associated quiz and FAQ are displayed in book-flip style wizard. The system enriches the usability by allowing the administrators to associate guidance videos for each section of the wizard.

 Administrators can restrict staff access only to the policies that are required to be known and understood by them, thus ensuring that policies which are not relevant to them are not exposed to them. After the staff have reviewed the policies and appeared for the quiz, the dashboard module of the system helps management to monitor response status for each policy for each staff member.

Once a staff member passes the quiz successfully, he/she is given an opportunity to accept or disagree with the policy. The acceptance status is also visible in the dashboard. |
Upon successful completion of the quiz, the system presents the user with a Certificate of Appreciation. |
