Joyce – Managing Director

Peter founded NonVerba after a 3 year career as Snr Vice President European
Operations for OfficeTiger and a 7 year career with Goldman Sachs
International. Peter was responsible for Goldman Sachs’ European technology and
customer services support operations. In addition, he established and managed
the team that eventually developed and implemented Goldman Sachs’ inaugural
business resilience planning methodology and the firm’s Investment Banking
global contingency model.

M Sathish Kumar - Head of IS and Finance
Sathish, who comes with 10+ years extensive industry experience, joined NonVerba as the Head of Technology after a long stint at Suguna Poultry Farm, a leading Poultry Producer in India where he held the position of Systems Manager.
He was responsible for the design and implementation of data centers with the latest equipment and technology based on the AIX platform. He was also a major contributor in the implementation of Oracle ERP at Suguna as well as being responsible for designing the Business Continuity plan and Disaster Recovery site. He has a proven ability of analysing business situations and developing strategic IT solutions partnering with clients, suppliers and vendors.

Jan Brixey - Head of Operations (India)
Jan Brixey brings the experience of having spent the past 8 years in India, working in the KPO/LPO industries.
Jan formerly worked as Vice-President of Operations for OfficeTiger, an RR Donnelley Company. Jan joined OfficeTiger as a Shift Manager and over the course of six years, worked her way through the ranks to become the head of the word processing division. As Vice-President of Operations, Jan oversaw legal, consulting and financial Clients, managing day-to-day operations. Jan is detail oriented and possesses a strict approach to quality and process control. Additionally, Jan focused on implementing new teams by setting up work flow processes specifically targeting quality, on-time delivery and disaster recovery. Jan was instrumental in successfully increasing the size of the word processing division to 550 FTEs.
Prior to joining OfficeTiger, Jan worked in the UK for Investment Banks managing document centers such as Goldman Sachs, Chase Manhattan and UBS Warburg.

Andrew Wills - Head of Sales (UK)
Andrew Wills is a Supply Chain and Logistics expert, brings along 20 years of experience in restructuring and revitalizing high tech and electronics industry supply chain organisations. He last served Philips Semiconductors as Senior Director Sales in Hong Kong, China. He was instrumental in developing and implementing operational, supply chain, logistics and customer service best practices for that region.
Being a keen learner, he developed uncanny ability to leverage efficiencies and cost synergies through the global sharing of best practices. Deep understanding of inventory RD management, 3 party service provider relationships, transportation, warehousing and procurement.
Thrives in a change management role, with a talent for building and leading cross-functional project teams. Being a Collaborative resource manager, he is known for aligning supply chain and sales functions with corporate objectives and market conditions.

Ravi Srinivasan - Head of Sales (US)
Ravi Srinivasan (ABCP, CBRP) was most recently a co-founder and SVP of Client and Technology Solutions for OfficeTiger LLC (subsequently acquired by RR Donnelley & Sons), a BPO firm providing analytical and judgment-driven backoffice services to major banks, printers and corporations.
He was instrumental in building OfficeTiger’s Business Continuity and Resilience policies and infrastructure across multiple continents. Ravi has a prior career in software development and consulting at Oracle and MicroStrategy. He holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and a MS from Stanford University.
