With a nine year foundation in banking, Iain then worked for fifteen years for
Orange PCS in various management roles covering quality and improvement
activities, ultimately heading up the Operational Performance Support
Department, prior to his departure in 2006. Since then Iain has been
establishing new web based business opportunities as well as working as a
contract consultant covering business improvement and innovation.

I have spent most of my management career in
process management, quality systems and business continuity. Using process to
develop the other key areas. My highest grade job in quality was Head of
Quality T-Mobile UK, in continuity as Head of IT Continuity T-Mobile Europe.
Since leaving T-Mobile I have completed a
successful contract for then spanning all European markets developing
continuity onto the next phase beyond Disaster Recovery.
Peter West Brook
Peter has been a consultant and trainer since 1988. Assignments have led him into a wide variety of industries, services and activities. This breadth and depth of experience allows him to quickly establish a good understanding of clients’ needs. His excellent communication skills and enthusiasm also enable him to develop early and continuing rapport with all he meets.
Before moving into Consultancy, Peter was the ‘de facto’ Manufacturing Director and Quality Manager of Russell Hobbs Tower (Domestic Appliances) and held a series of important quality management appointments with Lucas Industries. He gained an Honours degree in Bio Medical Electronics from Salford University and has since augmented this with various management, quality and business qualifications. He is now a trained and authorised trainer/facilitator in the EFQM Excellence Model and is highly rated by the British Accreditation Bureau database of consultants.
